Changelog

-Included Compatibility for the new CFP Lateran Palace court, in future I wish to include decisions to commission the Sistine Chapel, which changes it back to my old court for late game fun!

-Fixed the pope and not being able to get knights; nor being able to appoint himself commander, Again? *(I swear I've fixed this like 4 times lol)*

-Added a Papal Score Modifier if a Pope goes over the age of 96, to decrease his score significantly, in an effort to remove the amount of godly Popes who live into the hundreds.
