Changelog:
- Added changes from CK3 1.15 patch
- Fixed Pope being able to enact Free Investiture.
- Preferatus should now be properly called Cardinal Dean.
- Papal Army and Patriarchate titles should use definite form.
- Removed redundancies from updating the College of Cardinals on deaths.
- Improvements to Dictatus Papae decision.
- Ildebrando/Gregory VII improvements, made Ildebrando a Cardinal for Gameplay reasons.
- Updated the Trinity_rules.txt file, which was disabling some vanilla warnings.
- Cleaned up Remove duplicated and redundant code.
- Added new game rules in regards to the 867 start-up; and the territories the Papal States hold; and whether the Papal States are influenced by the Theophylacti relating to the Saeculum obscurum.
- Fixed bug regarding the Dynamic Crusader State checks.
- Fixed bug where Rome was not being set as the capital after the succession of a new pope.
- Antipopes list on the Faith Window. won't be shown unless an Antipope exists.
- Added some modifiers to apply the CFP Cardinal Clothes when used with CFP if it failed to apply them otherwise.
- Updated description and aliases to be more clear.
- Made Free Investiture exclusive to top liege for gameplay reasons.
- Fixed Pope being able to choose cardinals as candidates.
- Fixed everyone being able to choose the pope as candidate.
- Fixed Pope not starting with a candidate.
- Future-proofed Free Investiture for additional start dates.
- Fixed Constantinople being misaligned on the Holy Church window.
- Cleaned up the Cardinal Death management, moved it to Story Cycle.
- Added new message types for cardinal warnings.
- Fixed some religious event bugs.
- Remove error when AI Pope tries to assign councilors.
