- Moved dismantling recipes under the Recycling tab
- Fixed wire/thread material exploit
- Fixed empty Lighters being able to light cigarettes.
Now when lighters deplete, a new item "Empty Lighter" will appear, which can be refilled with any source of Fuel.

BALANCING - due to abundance of VHS tapes, leveling some Perks is now too easy

- slightly increased scrap metal/thread/leather input for recipes
- repairing the Police & Military Bulletproof Vests 4 -> 6 Tailoring
- repairing the katana & machete requires Long Blade skill 2
- repairing the Wood Axe requires Axe skill 2
- crafting the Sledgehammer now requires Large Blunt skill 2
- crafting the Baseball Bat carpentry requirement increased 2 ->4 (from planks); 4->6 (from logs)
- ripping leather items split into normal & small, with different leather strips output
- Changed "small metal sheets" recipe 10 -> 12 scrap
- Changed "nails" recipe 1 scrap = 10 nails -> 3 scrap = 10 nails
- dismantling classic watches doesn't give electrical exp anymore

- reworked the Lighter modification, it no longer creates a "new" item based on the original, it only changes the parameters to make it last longer and remain after depletion.
- can knit a Scarf
- Changed the internal brokenglass tags as they were updated in a recent version
- you can now use Knives in addition to scissors to rip leather items


Tested on multiple server versions, if you get the fileisdifferent error do a stream integrity check for the game or unsub and resub.

- added craftable Padlocks & Combination Padlocksto keep your items safe in MP [Metalworking 3 & 5]
- added recipe to create white paint (more recipes might follow)
- added realistic paint mixing recipes
- added lightbulb colouring using paints
- added cleaning of any coloured lightbulbs to make them more useful as vehicle headlights.
- little XP tweaks

- added sneakers, chokers, basketball/soccerball/footballs to rippable leather items
- added Bandage recipe, all you need is some ripped sheets, needle and thread
- added craftable Sling from leather

- as there are 2 ID's for broken glass when breaking windows, one of it will be used used by my "break glass" recipe so it gets converted into the single ID i use for other recipes. This creates less issues and confusion when recipes require several of the same item but ID's differ. (It will appear that the recipe for Broken Glass also uses brokenglass but that's intended as it will only use the second unused ID)

- added a little STRENGTH experience to some dismantling recipes, as constantly manipulating heavy items should give you some STR (will add more in time)
