Fixed a bug that the building is not unlocked in vanilla.
Adjusted back to unique building level 6. (Cannot change to level 1 without reimporting)

This asset has been updated with the following changes:
- Fixed the overall coloring. Now the facade looks brighter and more white instead of being too dark.
- Changed the rico level from level 3 to 5.
- Changed the thumbnail, snapshot and tooltip.
