Changes to Stroke:

- Stroke is now diagnosed by CT scan, Angiography or MRI instead of Echo
- IV TPA can now be administered in the Emergency department as well as the ICU and Neurology Dpt
- Cardiologists no longer treat stroke patients
- Changed percentage chance of appearance for symptoms of stroke
- Added atherosclerosis as potential symptom for stroke
- Added new treatment called "statins" which is now the treatment for atherosclerosis and elevated LDL
- Updated tooltips and descriptions for Stroke diagnosis

Changes to Pancreatitis:

- Pancreatitis is now referred to as Acute Pancreatitis
- Acute pancreatitis main symptom is now diagnosed by CT scan or Ultrasound
- Changed percentage chance of appearance for symptoms of acute pancreatitis
- Added 2 new symptoms: "Elevated Pancreatic Enzymes" and "Gallstones Discovered"
- Patients with pancreatitis who also have gallstones require surgery.
- Updated tooltips and descriptions for Acute Pancreatitis

Update 2

- Fixed problem with Hemothorax and Pneumothorax diagnoses that was making it impossible to diagnose them

- Changed descriptions of cholangitis which is now diagnosed with CT or Ultrasound.

- Cholangitis main symptom collapse changed from Heart Failure to Septic Shock.

- Added small chance for Bacteremia and Hypotension to be one of the presenting symptoms of Cholangitis.

- Changed occurence of Cholangitis from Rare to Uncommon.
