--- Blood Mage reworked. Healing rate fixed for higher values of max health.

General
-/ The healing hud is now placed below the player's character for easier visibility.
-/ Healing rate from healing abilities and relics now linearly scales with the player's max health, making healing high health values way faster than before.
-/ 'Class Stats Multiplier' range increased from 50%-150% to 10%-200%.
-/ 'Ability Power Gained By Held Weapon's Base DPS' range increased from 1%-15% to 1%-25%.

Runes
-/ Fixed Impenetrable and Fortified runes saying they increase Defense instead of Damage Reduction.

Blood Mage
-/ Passive: Reworked - [Vein Ripper] When hitting enemies with a magic weapon you have a chance to rip their veins, dealing additional damage based on held weapon's damage.

-/ Ability 2: Reworked - [Blood Enchantment] Enchant you magic weapons with your own blood, making it also cost the same amount of mana it uses as health, but increasing the damage you deal and refunding the health cost if an enemy is hit.

-/ Hopefully fixed ultimate sometimes not working.

-/ L2 Talent nerfed from +3% Enchantment Damage to +2% Enchantment Damage
-/ R4 Talent changed from +0.02% Passive Regen to +5% Weapon Damage Passive.
-/ L7 Talent changed from -15% Mana Costs to +5% Passive Chance.
-/ R7 Talent nerfed from +4% Enchantment Damage to +3% Enchantment Damage
-/ L9 Talent changed from +0.08% Damage p/Blood Stack to Passive Now Also Heals.

Aghanim's Scepter
-/ Changed from 'Transfusion now also heals you for 8% of the damage it deals' to 'Transfusion now also heals you and teammates for 10% of the damage it deals'.

-/ Fixed being able to infinitely use a 'Lost Rune' to get infinite draws.

-/ Fixed Mischievous, Seer and Ferocious runes not saving.
-/ Fixed Ferocious rune granting 100.13% attack speed instead of just 0.13%.
