version 1.4 released and updated to be compatible with Patch 1.14.3

- various unit panel shortcuts reverted to default and/or modified
- diplomacy view shortcuts adapted (inclusion of diplomatic feedback)
- peace offer view shortcuts extended to swap tabs
- some 'ESCAPE' shortcuts for close window added
- back buttons bound to 'z' (not working properly)
- various 'c and z' decision shortcuts added
- mothball fort shortcut added
- add core and raze province shortcuts added (taken from Arumba)
- English loadingtips added (taken from Arumba)
