Patch 1.25: Quick sfx fix

Bug Fixes:
~Fixed an issue where Dtilt was playing Error noises instead of the intended sfx

Patch 1.2: Fixing more broken nonsense

General Changes:
~CSS SFX updated to use the GBA Pokemon Menu scroll sound for when you scroll through alts
~Now plays Mega Banette's Cry whenever you select him on character select

Nair:
-Knockback angle changed from 65 to 50

Ftilt:
-Startup increased from 28 frames to 32 frames
-Endlag increased from 16 (24) frames to 24 (36) frames
-Damage reduced from 16% to 10%
-Knockback angle changed from 40 to 45

Uair:
-Knockback scaling reduced from 1.2 to 1.0
~Base hitpause increased from 8 to 10

(The Free for alls/Doubles Curse bug is still in unfortunately... just make sure to not play 2 Banettes in those settings until I get this shit addressed, kay?)

Patch 1.1 (Distractions are a bitch)

General Changes:
~Sleep animation added
-Knockback adjust changed from 0.95 to 1.0
(One of the major things that made Banette powerful last patch was that, due to his weird heavy weight status, he would survive for quite a while, giving him more chances to get a successful curse off. This minor weight nerf should hopefully make this not as big of a factor)

Utilt:
-Hitbox size reduced horizontally
(Not much to really add here)

Dtilt:
+Cooldown between uses decreased from 30 frames to 10 frames
+Shadow Sneak projectile now destroys projectiles rather than ignoring them
(Dtilt felt way too situational and clunky to me over the course of playing with the character due largely to it being pointless against projectiles and having way too big of a cooldown between uses... so I buffed both aspects... have fun >:) )

Fair:
-Hitbox size reduced horizontally
(Same deal as with Utilt)

Dair:
-Multi hit hitbox size reduced horizontally
-Multi hits angle flipper removed
-0.8x Hitstun multiplier added to the multi hits
-Multi hits no longer force flinch
-Multi Hits no longer have extra hitpause
-Final hit base knockback decreased from 5 to 4
(Dair was far and away Banette's best normal, being a massive, extremely hard to challenge multi hit aerial which was next to impossible to escape through and led to guaranteed curse setups on hit due to the multi hits force flinching... in SSL... a mode where combos like this are very much not ok. Needless to say, this felt very toxic, so I ended up nerfing those aspects to make it less free to get stuff off of the multi hits while also making it less oppressively massive)
