- Fix a RNG seeding issue making the pickups alive always appear in the same order.
- Change their entity IDs, they now use the ids from 670 to 680.

Card Alive and Rune Alive no longer spawn always Wheel of Fortune and Ehwaz.

Modify the spawn rate through Mod Config Menu!
