- the midwife will now pick up baby reapers

- players can now store soap in the Midwife's inventory;
- players can no longer use sterile or non-sterile scissors to cut their hair.

- removed the option to configure the number of midwife slots because I couldn't make it work correctly;
- increased the number of slots to 100.

- Fixed a bug where the Midwife was invisible in single player after continuing a previous game;
- Fixed a bug where the "Show Range" option didn't correctly show the range bubble;
- Sterile Scissors are now twice as fast to craft;
- Improved the algorithm used by the Midwife to search for babies; It should now have less impact on servers that have hundreds of midwife placed;
- The Midwife now looks for babies every 20 seconds (or so, up from 10 seconds) to further reduce her server footprint.

- The Midwife no longer goes in stasis when players are not around. This will help players who use the hitching posts to have babies while they are not online.

- Increased the default babypod lifespan to 24 hours.
- Increased the frequency of midwife vocalizations.
- Added additional vocalizations to the midwife that remind you she needs Sterile Scissors.
- Added an option to mute the midwife.
