Sextant Notification active when loading save

Automatic position detection when loading savegame is disabled. All entries in the MAP (vanilla) are now saved in the savegame.

- Sextant symbol has been changed from the Flak wheel menu to the UZO wheel menu. From Tower III the symbol on the flak was no longer easy to reach in the EGO view.
- Only leader officers are allowed to take a sextant measurement.
- Estimated position now also dependent on the percentage on the navigation table in combination with the time passed to the last sextant measurement.
- Odometer is now reset by clicking the left mouse button on the "Green World" symbol. A confirmation message will appear. The reset via button "Estimated position" or sextant measurement has been removed.
