Added 3 version of :
- Asgard beam (and the S slot)
- Asgard Point Defense Beam
- Goa'uld Point Defense Cannon

Added:
- Armor cost and stats
- Asgard and tau'ri shield cost and stats ( WIP )

Fix and balance
- Naquadah generator (mk I -> mk V), cost and power.
- Zpm Cost and power
- Tau'ri F 300 Stats ( WIP )
- Asgars beam stats
- reduce the sound of the railgun fire


Fix the tech Cost and rarity for all above
