  • added new Casus Bellis:
    • Economic Hegemony
    • Naval Hegemony

  • fixed a bug with the Intervene in Independence War casus belli being available when it shouldn't (thanks PDX for misspelling independence in your CBs, very cool)
  • Force Knowledge Sharing now gives 25 support of the institution in all provinces owned by the winner in the winner's capital area (instead of just the capital)
