Rearranged Alchemy Perks.
Experimenter is now the second perk on the Alchemy Tree. Needs Alchmey Level 25 to be available and the first Alchemist Perk.
Has 3 ranks in total (25/50/75).
Experimenter branches to Physician and Poisoner.
Physician and Poisoner requires Alchemy Level 30.
Benefactor requires Alchemy Level 50.
Benefactor and Concentrated Poison leads to Green Thumb.
Green Thumb is now required for Snakeblood.
