Optimization update

c2m5 reworked multiple entities / ported some visuals from the 2018 backup
spark effects now are slightly delayed to avoid lag spikes and constant effects at once

reworked some entities.
testing a new particle effect on the ground floor.

reworked some entities to ensure that bots will no longer get stuck in some nav routes
removed extra fire damage because of how poorly the bots follow their official nav routes.

basically a trade off because of how poorly designed are the nav files for the bots when they are leading the way on the ground floor. (Valve being lazy as always)
