Fixed the yaw trimming system, and added a tooltip for the primary bridge's seat for the yaw reset. Also increased yaw trim sensitivity.

Added an automatic throttle limiter, so that under a speed of 120m/s, the throttle will be pulled back under 40. This will prevent the ship from "bouncing" in a hover, as a result of having the throttle set too high.
