Gameplay Changes:
* Added spin bonuses to STRONGs
. - FSTRONG Finisher: knockback scaling (1 -> 1 +0.2)
. - USTRONG Finisher: knockback scaling (1 -> 1 +0.2)
. - DSTRONG Finisher: damage (5 -> 5 +2), knockback scaling (0.8 -> 0.8 +0.3)
. - DSTRONG_AIR Late hit: knockback (6 -> 6 +2)
* Monetized the playback meter
. - Left of the ad break, spin bonuses are applied at 100% strength
. - Right of the ad break, spin bonuses start dropping linearly, towards 0%
. - This should make it easier to get the "full potential" of a spin-boosted move

* Added Abyss Runes:
A - NAIR's late hit is stronger than the early hit.
B - DAIR is a single strong hit that spikes.
C - DSPECIAL's Rewind makes NSPECIAL stars fly backwards.
D - Airdodge afterimage has the same properties as USPECIAL.
E - 'yo mixtape is fire' ...!?
F - Playing Rick Astley with TAUNT damages enemies.

G - FSPECIAL causes high knockback instead of paralysis. (also for UAIR)
H - Land combos with normal attacks to gain NSPECIAL stars.
I - CD passively recharges when idling on the ground.
J - Air-STRONG attacks can be charged.
K - DSPECIAL's Recall becomes deadly at high speeds.

L - Become immune to whifflag when not holding a CD.
M - Ad break is at the end of the video.
N - CD can be thrown remotely.
O - DSPECIAL creates and manages a second CD.

* Previous changes to fix "not carried off edges by FSTRONG" no longer affects USTRONG and DSPECIAL
* """FIX""" of the infinitely-scaling BAIR/FAIR/DTILT/UTILTs bug
. - should be less extreme (wont scale out-of-control every time the move is used, instead would get stuck at 100% spin power. I think. I don't know how to trigger this bug. let me know if you do)
. - Still have no idea what makes 'reset_hitbox_value' stop working as advertised, so said bug would happen again but not as bad as before
. - This is what I get for trusting Dan
