* DATTACK
. - No longer jump-cancellable on hit (can only cancel into FTILT or DTILT)
. - Infinite hitbox's Angle (13 -> 30) BKB (7.2 -> 5.0) KBS (0.07 -> 0.5)
. - Hitstun Multiplier (1 -> 0.6)
-> Shouldn't be as effective at carrying players all around stages
* USPECIAL
. - Now only intangible for half of its travel time (intangible 27 -> intangible 15 + vulnerable 15)

Gameplay Changes:
* USPECIAL now has a "soft-cooldown" when shield-cancelled
. - For the next 2.5 seconds, shield-canceling USPECIAL again will cause Pratland to be 20 frames longer
. - should prevent infinite regrabs...?

Bug Fixes:
* Fixed an incompatibility with the Frame Data Woodcock buddy'); DROP TABLE muno;--
* Fixed both audios being stopped when two Hypercams play the same video and one closes the video

Misc:
* Added victory quote support for the newer King Dedede
* Added ability to mute taunt videos by pressing SHIELD
. - Can also hold SHIELD during intro animation to set muted mode at the start of the match
. - Rune F "Deadly Rick-Roll" cannot be muted if active
* Taunt-Videos compatibility now looks at Hypercam's buddy for videos as well
* Videos now display a title on the HUD when played
