RCrPD content is now RavenCreek exclusive! That's right, no more RCrPD cars outside the city! Do note that feature only activates when RavenCreek is installed.

New Clothing textures done by the amazing söze!
Added the clothes to the procedural lists. Now then can spawn in police station lockers.
