Improvements to enemy AI:
-Enemy attack cooldown is now 2 seconds on spawn.
-Enemies can now use close or ranged attacks depending on player distance.
-Added visual feedback when attacking Enemies with sword, bow and explosions.
-DIO's Stand no longer has randomized stats.
-Tweaked DIO's health bar.
-Fixed DIO's Stand trait being set wrongly.

WhiteSnake rebalance:
-Reduced Quick Hand damage to 10 from 15 and damage scaling to 10% from 20%.
-Increased Explosive Command damage to 15 from 1 and damage scaling to 40% from 2%.
-MYH(Melt Your Heart) no longer does health percent damage.
-MYH damage is now set to 2 and scaling to 40%.
-MYH now deals damage every 0.5 seconds.
-Acidic Spit now applies the correct status effect.
-Acidic Status Effect now also does health percent damage.
-Disc Steal no longer stuns enemies indefinitely and now wears off after 30 seconds.

Other changes:
-The World Retro and The World OVA got their strong punch sound effects back.
-Stand damage scaling now takes into account Stand level besides Player level.
-Increased XP requirements to level up.
-Stands no longer animate if frozen when idle.
-Stand aura no longer animates when frozen.
-Fixed Stand ability(hold) damage scaling.
-Fixed Stand still active after Player death.

Fixed Bizarre Arrow giving Ultimate Arrow

In preparation for the future releases of Weather Report and C-Moon, I decided to rework WhiteSnake:
-Sudden Strike was renamed to Quick Hand and its cooldown was lowered from 5 to 3, now it will take any enemy disc instead of the Disc Steal ability.
-Explosive Surprise was renamed to Explosive Command and its cooldown was lowered to 5 from 7, it now requires a disc to be used.
-Disc Produce was replaced with Disc Self Insert as producing discs was no longer useful, cooldown was reduced to 8 from 20, this new ability grants you a random +50% stat buff and requires a disc to be used.
-WhiteSnake's barrage was changed to Pale Pursuit, cooldown was increased to 8 from 4, WhiteSnake will now start chasing the enemy you aim at and then barrage them with a finishing punch that applies a status effect to the target.
-Acidic Spit now shoots more than one acidic projectile, cooldown was increased to 15 from 8 will hit multiple times and stay on the floor, also applies the status effect.
-Disc Steal cooldown was reduced to 6 from 35, reduced damage and scaling to 0 (player damage still counts), will no longer take the discs directly and can only be used against enemies.
-Some WhiteSnake sounds were changed/added

Other changes:
-Ground slams now have a unique icon.
-Shards can now be crafted.
-Updated Shards sprites and text.
-Added Bizarre Mass and Arrow.
-Added WhiteSnake Ultimate variant.
-Fixed GER's requiem text UI alignment.

Some abilities got updated:
-Added a bit of end lag to some abilities
-Ability backgrounds now change colors too
-Ability backgrounds now get highlighted when they are being used
-Basic barrages and strong punches are no longer mute
-Changed The World's strong punch to a new move (donut punch)
-Changed the animations of Shadow The World's XXI and Punishment
-Updated Sheer Heart Attack's sprite
-Updated Gold Experience's scorpion sprite
-Gold Experience's life punch no longer affects resources
-Updated Silver Chariot's stab barrage
-Made WhiteSnake actually hold the gun now
-Melee pull is now more reliable
-Love Train rays now change colors too
-Fixed Love Train rays not getting cleaned up properly
-Fixed King Crimson's heavy chop refunding its cooldown when you leave the area

Other changes:
-Added new setting for displaying empty runes or not
-Added sound when scoring a critical hit

There has been a major change to Stand storage and Stand saving, previously owned Stands should be unaffected besides the "undefined" text in storage which can be fixed by just re-storing the Stand.
Also once again attack collisions and localization system were changed.
Improved the settings menu and added a controls section to remap keybinds
Reduced S&W's screws and nuts ability damage to 8 from 15.

Changes to Stand XP:
-Changed XP formula
-Added new XP bar effects
-Added text effects when gaining XP
-Reduced the amount of XP from resources
-Added new XP related settings
-Changed jjMaxExp command to jjsGrantXP

Other changes:
-Updated Rokakaka tree sprite
-Changed attacks' hitbox again
-Reduced Epitaph's base duration to 5 from 10
-Changed Timestop and Love Train duration calculations with Stand total power to be more consistent
