- Boost CV teleporter from 20 AU to 30 AU

- sync changes from REv1.7 build 23 including April 11 hotfix

- Boost Repair Bay repair speed by 4x for T1 and 10x for T2 (greatly helps compensate for how buggy it can be and how inaccessible these long repair times are for late game ships)

- Boost Thermal Regulator delta from 30c to 50c to make Ningues starts significantly more viable

- tweak loading screen messages to better fit while including listing of all recent hotfixes

- Updated to sync changes up to Apr 7, 2022 @ 12:24am, REv1.7 build 23, including latest voidium hotfix

- boost hand drill speeds:

survival drill: +43%
mechanical drill: +25%
laser drill: +20%
enhanced drill: +67%

- Remove Creative Mode option from scenario, as this scenario probably crashes with it anyway
