- Brought back castles and temples in a limited capacity in preparation for influence being finished. Existing saves should be ok still.
- Fixed various bugs with conversion (learning conversion being broken, conversion routine running twice per year)
- Fixed tax/manpower rate bonuses/maluses not updating correctly after city rights is changed
- Added more detailed edict tooltips for faith/culture tolerance
- Reduced faction revolt levies from recently pacified counties
- Reduced levy maintenance
- Reduced AI maa spending slightly
- Lowered Crusade fervor requirements

- Improved religious and cultural tolerance edict localization to show the effects of each level
- Added display of manpower and regiment limit to military screen
- Changed marshal task to complete when control = control limit rather than control = 100 (which sometimes couldn't be reached)
- Change to farmer tax: now only half of taxed food is delivered to the capital county stockpile. The rest is converted to gold as tax. This will result in large cities undergoing famine for a bit in existing saves. Nothing to worry about, the issue will correct given time. It will also result in the largest cities shrinking a bit.
- Added decision to allow you to start converting your capital province to your faith if said faith has no counties
- Fixed repeated sacking still giving gold

- Fixed Incorrect council view tax tooltip when you have the taxman trait
- Reworked MAA regiment cap assignment to be more reliable
- Change clan government to use dynasy based realm names

- Changed Faith conversion to affect only characters and not provcines
- Improved Job assignment algorithm. Now checks whether the province is a captial and checks if is held by and independent ruler
- Added varangian_adventure innovation
- Fixed Advantage from walls not being taken into account
- Lowered Advantage gain from wall level
- Increased building capital cost pop scaling and added a 25gold fixed cost on top of it
- Made culture conversion easier by buffing culture attack bonus from pop
- Added siege equipments for peasant factions and populist factions
- AI will not persecute hostile faiths in the county based on the Holders Zeal value.
