Added factors that can be changed in the game's mod designer. Added 1x1x1 shield generator (different stats and smaller). Added a hidden shield generator for use in upcoming custom campaign (not meant for player use, sorry :/ )

Missiles fired from your own craft that have a safety fuse will no longer hit that craft's shield if it RE-ENTERS the shield
