* Fixed the known vehicle not found bug.

Updates:
* Exclude bank vans from the chaning AI.
* All police vehicle count - helicopter, car and van are now taken from original building values.
(prison vans in big police stations will be half the count of the police cars)
* Support for vehicle selector button.
