fix prototyping orange/green gems in DS

The orange and green gem combination recipes can now be prototyped and
subsequently built without the need of a prestihatitator or shadow
manipulator being nearby, just like the purple gem.

add support for DS, SW, ROG most likely HAM.

Known issues:
- prototyping does not work in DS, a tech2 machine is always needed nearby to craft orange or green gems.
