Tutorial scenario added! (it's fairly basic, but I hope it's at least somewhat enjoyable)

Debug code removed, so plague no longer creates hundreds of random eyes.

Quick update so that you no longer have to add any files to your AoM folder manually -- my thanks to the RotG team for the fix.
