- Major rebuild of many anomalies and event chains! Most of the bugs and error messages have been cleaned up. Not all content is included in this build; I will add it back in over the next few days and weeks.

- The "Strange Singularity" anomaly now has its own prescripted system, because the spawn odds were infinitesimally tiny before.
- Fixed broken city art on the Shadow World.
- Fixed some depreciated scripted effects.
- Added a scripted effect: "is_mzilli_shadow", requested by @Inny [The Merger].
