重做了调度塔系统, 以后应该不会再发生任何读档后调度塔遗失的情况了

“虚拟闭门”后星球人口条件=人口+人力+岗位容量,建筑条件将正确地给与,如果依然无法建造,那么等最多6个月这个数值将自动更新到正确的值。因为虚拟默认全岗填满,因此虚拟闭门后效率锁定100%,且添加等同于岗位容量的虚拟人力用于条件判断。当然,如果你有办法把人力进一步提升,那么效率有可能到100%以上,这就看你的本事了。
原版堕落组装有问题,格式塔智械建造组装厂以后自动拆除,这里修了这个bug。但是并没控制组装厂数量,本来打算限定一座,不过考虑到很多事情,以后再说。

After the Tr virtual completion, the population condition of the planet is equal to population+manpower+job capacity. The building conditions will be given correctly. If construction still cannot be carried out, the value will be automatically updated to the correct value after a maximum of 6 months. Because the Tr virtual completion will full fill all jobs by default, the efficiency is locked at 100% after virtual completion, and virtual manpower equivalent to the job capacity is added for condition trigger. Of course, if you have a way to further improve your manpower, the efficiency may reach over 100%, which depends on your abilities.
There is an issue with the vanilla Fallen Assembly. After the construction of the assembly plant for the Gestalt machine, it will be automatically dismantled. This bug has been fixed here.

此mod已完成完整的3.12适配,同时增加一个新特性:
星球飞升在游戏一开始就能使用,且不再与帝国飞升数量挂钩,但是最大等级限定为10级。
This mod has completed the complete 3.12 adaptation and added a new feature:
Planet Ascension can be used at the beginning of the game and is no longer capped by the number of Empire Ascensions, but the maximum level is limited to 10.
