Added new way of making wormhole icons! The new one will give the same numbers to every person so that it's easier to communicate with each other where you want to go!

(Hopefully) Fixed issue with wormhole numbers only increasing and staying on the minimap.

Added Wormhole Icons to the mod to enable cave support and destroying and rebuilding of wormholes support. Credit to the base code goes to the original authors.
