Adds a "Set Name" option.
Survivors with one name are renmaed randomly

Survivors spawning with guns will have better aim skill.
Added Companion role when ordering a Survivor to Follow that will keep them following until ordered otherwise.
Survivors will now fully reload before shooting unless an enemy is close.

"Fixes" survivors dying or game crashing when they try to climb stairs while the player is sleeping or fast-forwarding.
Ok actually it just freezes them in place if they're trying to move to another z-index and the game is sped up.
