Added in the lines for Soulfire. They were tied to the MindBlast cue, so if you're making a mod yourself, that's the cue for Soulfire. Also fixed the hacking lines to be what they should be.

Added some more voicelines to cues that didn't have any. If you noticed that, you should now hear more voicelines over actions that didn't have any before.
