Small fix to keybind for non static placement.

Add support for the spawning a physical beacon.
You can now disarm the beacon by destroying it.
Also added support for adding a throwable beacon, using right click.

Feature added:
- Volume sliders for EVA and effects. (Eva settings carry over automatically.)

Features added:
- Quick Explosion for a quicker countdown.
- Lite Beacon for better performance.
