- removed the life-leech artefact (didn't work)
- removed the action decomposer artefact (simpler that way)
- added an artefact increasing the resource gathered from features

- removed the -10% damage received (didn't work)
- added a +5% invulnerable damage reduction artefact
- added a +10% max moral artefact
- added a -10% moral loss artefact
- added a +1 city radius artefact
- added a +1 range artefact
- added a unique "action decomposer" artefact
