Small update that makes the spaceship spawnable.

-Made the spaceship spawnable
-Made the props inside the spaceship spawnable
-Updated the airlock to open the other way so it's easier to use
-Small change to the television prop

Fixed a bug and added cars.

- Made the spaceship fly and then suddenly a mysterious triangle hits it, and then it crashes down into the ground.
