Bug Fixes:

-Balto-Finnic Barons should no longer be naked if lands turn fuedal.

Content Additions!:

-New Selection of Early Medieval/High Nasal Helmets and Crossbands with coifs and coifless versions!
-New Gjerbundbu Helmet for Norse cultures.
-20+ New Skin Complexions for Men and Women bringint total # to 44.
-German Culture Group clothing patterns added for DLC and Non-DLC users.


Changes/Improvements:

-Optimized a lot of textures that were larger then they needed to be/reducing VRAM usage.
-Standardization of some metal textures.
-Steppe Armor HDified.
-Chinese Headwear darkened.
-Ethnicity Optimizations and large expansion to Iranian.
-Expanded range of Hair Color Palette
-Expanded range of Skin Color Palette
-Eye Textures have been overhauled to be even more HD.
-Skin textures have recieved further HD edits.
-Skin should properly reflect light allowing for consistent head coloring if bald or hava receding hairline.
-Small modifications to cultural clothing colors

-African items should spawn on the correct cultures.
-Fixed African necklaces spawning on all characters
-Beards and hairs should properly spawn
-Iron Crown of Lombardy from CFP should spawn alongside Iron Crown from EPE
-Crown of Otto should spawn on Germanic cultures.
-Roman Wreaths and Cloak should spawn for the Roman Empire title.
-Plate Armor should now spawn with the Plate Armor innovation.

Bug Fixes:

-Error with Ruler Designer characters missing some hair and beards fixed.
-Correct hair and beards spawn on appropriate ethnicities.
-Adjusted weighting of PDX African clothing that had excessive clipping.

-Further Optimization to Qub hat textures (should match clothes better).

Structural Changes:

-Rewrote modifier structure to be more in line with current PDX 1.4 format.
-Brought template code more in line with PDX 1.4 format.

Bug Fixes:

-Ruler Designer characters are now clothed and have hair and beards *may or may not spawn with unfitting cultural hair, just replace it*
-Characters and spouses should wear their culturally appropriate clothes most of the time. PDX bug may interfere from time to time.
-Iranians should have their correct army template.
-Removed redundant and unused code to de-clog the error log.
-Re-weighted and adjusted Mena Beard 2 so that mustache does not clip.
-Re-weighted and adjusted Jeanne's hair so it works properly with veils.
-Re-activated Beauty Trait Genetics *reduced slightly* and enabled complexion (was de-activated by accident).

Changes/Improvements:

-Adjustments to spawn rates of various headwear across the map.
-Andalusian Culture will now spawn some Mediterranean templates alongside Arabian ones.
-Islamic Caliphs of every sect will now wear Caliph clothing added in 1.4.
-New Islamic Turban added in 1.4 to spawn pool will also spawn with EPE pools.
-Added Mena Crusades helmet to Arabian War spawning pool.
-Refined texture of Tall Round Phrygian Nasal Helmet
-Altered pattern sets for Arabian Qalansuwas, should match clothing more *needs even more refining*

Compatibility Changes:

-Removed DNA from Historical Characters (Improves Compatibility by reducing confliction files, may release old DNA sets as submod for historical characters).
*Modders may have to alter their compatibility patches as some fixes may no longer be necessary*
