-Manual Dev Disabled... manual development is now disabled.
-Governing Capacity... Development cost modifiers are replaced with governing capacity bonuses. More people can thrive in your country without penalty!
-Upper Class buff... Upper Class POPs now provides institution spread +1%/ POP.
-Sufficient Daily Necessity buff... 100% Daily Necessity provides local production and tax modifiers. Happier people are, more willing to pay for the government!

- Cultural Assimilation tweak... POPs assimilate with the primary culture only when they are adjacent with the primary culture (NOT with accepted cultures) now.
- Upper Class bonus nerf... downed innovativeness gain from Upper POPs from 0.03% to 0.01%
- Lower Class bonus buff... added local tax modifier +1% per Lower POPs

-Religious Assimilation... Heretic POPs would be assimilated to the state religion very slowly if there is an adjacent 'true faith' province.
-Cultural Assimilation[/b}... POPs with unaccepted cultures would be assimilated to the country's primary culture slowly when there is an adjacent primary or accepted culture province. -Religious Refugees[/b}... Heretics POPs would flee the provinces to find a new home. The frequency goes up during the Age of the Reformation; and goes down if the country has high religious tolerance.

-Trade Goods Dynamics... When you get 10% of world share of a certain goods, provinces with the correlated goods get +20% goods produce.
-Institution events... disabled for AI nations.
