Updated steam version to GitHub latest.

- Made header labels slightly less ugly with default derma theme.
- Fixed issues with balls falling out the world. I hate it when that happens.
- Prevented spawning hoverballs on invalid entities. (Except 'worldspawn')
- Added spawn check for margin offsets outside of the world.
- Added an error sound effect I find amusing for some reason.
- Spawning hoverballs directly on the world will no longer weld them to it.
- Changing 'hover over props' setting and updating existing HB now works properly.
- Probably some more stuff I forgot about.

Updated steam version to GitHub latest. As always credit to dvdvideo1234 for their excellent contributions.

- Added 'Hover over props/entities' mode, that does exactly what it sounds like.
- Added spawn offset adjustment, for tweaking the position of hoverballs spawned by the tool.
- Added multi-language translation support. So far two languages have been added.
- The other one is Bulgarian.
- Added headers to tool menu to visually separate sections. Uses Derma skin colours, not quite happy with it yet.
- Added some models that I forgot to add earlier. Oops.

- Many more little code changes, tweaks, and optimisations. I think we're up to 140+ commits now?

- Added a checkbox to toggle decimals on the mouseover UI.
- Fixed error with text alignment.

Updated steam version to GitHub latest. This one focuses on the UI that shows when you look at a hoverball.

Changes:
- Now uses improved UI code by dvdvideo1234 on Github. Hooray!

- Some minor visual changes to the mouseover UI:
- Adjusted default size, has less dead space now.
- Width now scales properly when displaying longer values.
- Pointy triangle now scales properly without becoming wonky.
- Truncated decimals.

Fixes:
- Fixed UI header disappearing when adjusting height with the brakes on.

Whimsy:
- Lil triangle boye now bobs up and down to point at the hoverball.
(Bit of an experiment, might swap it for something sensible later on.)

Updated steam version to GitHub latest. Here's some highlights:

- Adjust how springy your 'balls are with the new hover damping setting.
- Revel in wonder at how the little triangle on the mouseover UI is now properly aligned.
- Get learnt on what the sliders actually do by eyeballin the new tooltips. (Mouse over the labels)
- Wire nerds rejoice, you now have more wire inputs to play with. (Might even work properly now?)
- Fixed a potentially physics-destroying bug. (Ball go too fast)
- And lots more little bugfixes and optimisations that the average workshop user doesn't care about.
