Updated: Add "Background Running Mode" function to increase performance.

This function is when you switch out to desktop from game, game will keep running or paused by operating system.
Enabled, game will keep running in "Background" of operating system, and CPU and GPU still keep working.
Disabled, game will paused by operating system, and CPU and GPU paused working and got the lowest performance consumption.

Tips: Regarding the problem of currency symbol not being displayed in the ‘drop-down menu’, no matter when, if you started a genuine Steam game, after that you started a ‘pirated’ version of game, the drop-down menu of currency symbols will become invalid.
