-Removed rusty battery
-new mechanic - you can now pick up batteries when you arent at full health even if you dont have an active item or if your active item doesnt need a charge

-Fixed Coop bugs
-Changed it so hearts are only converted to batteries when the Energized player is close to them. This allows non energized players to heal in coop
-Fixed continuing the run causing the "Energized!" text to appear again
