Quick fix to made so that Tainted Eden doesn't start with a pocket active due to user request.

Added a list of banned items that Eden, Tainted Eden, Modded Chars, or Challenges cannot put as their pocket active item, including those that dissappear on use, those with certain on hold effects that dont work, those that update with contact, those that update charge only on actual use, and a few more that just go fucking nuts and break (Glowing Hour Glass soft locked the run lol).
