Update v1.5 - Speed & Power

Mainly updates relating to optimizing vehicles and making them nicer to use, along with item spawn changes to make survival more difficult.

- Reverted skill loss change
- Fixed duplicate bonfire crafting.

The rationale behind the skill loss change was people killing themselves over beds to negate the effects of thirst and hunger. It's obvious that it didn't work as intended though, so it's been moved back and I'm looking into another way to fix that issue.

As for the bonfires; I made a duplicate to place down in safezones; this version shouldn't be used by players. If you're a server owner who had someone abuse this, you may have to rollback or reset the buildables on your server.
