Fixed Frost Andromedons not dropping corpses.
Fixed Chill effects having rainbow images.
Reduced detection range on frost zombies and spectral frost zombies.
Frost Chryssalids should now animate properly if you don't have TLE.
Ice Shields no longer grant additional DR against attacks that bypass shields when not on fire. This wasn't reliable at addressing the issue anyway.
Implemented some magic to shift shield to HP if a frost shielded unit takes damage that bypasses shields.
Units with Ice Shield now take extra damage from fire/etc, beyond just negating DR. This bonus may not always preview correctly.
Frost Droids, MECs, Andromedons, Codecies and Hardliners are now immune to bleeding. because robots bleeding is wierd.
Purifier, Codex Death Explosion damage now scales with tier.
Frost Death explosion of purifiers and codecies now nearly always triggers. (this is mostly to clean up codex bodies)
Added Frost Psilancers. they mainly appear during the Psi Storm Sitrep to add a bit more variety to frost pods that appear on them (especially at very low FL)
Frost Spectre's ranged attack no longer knocks back living targets.

Fixed Frost Cobra's AI root not being assigned correctly.
Most Frost Legion Leaders spawn availablity delayed by 1 FL, except during the Frost Legion Sitreps.
Shrike weapons now use the Bitterfrost Protocol hook instead of the same effect as Frost Legion. This means legion and Xcom mostly use seperate configs for chill effectiveness.
Bomber CCS will no longer trigger against civilians.

Added a dummy passive to Bruisers so you can see they deflect misses and counter.
Adders no longer bind most zombies.

Gave Frost Legion Bruisers Shadowstep. it's mostly an ugly bandage to stop countershot breaking the visualizer, but it's not like you want to waste ow shots on such a high defense unit anyway.

Remote Start from bombers and techs no longer increases the damage of the explosive.
Frost Legion Captains no longer explode on death. why was it that way anyway? I don't remember.
you can now spend cryolite to build a warm sweater, that protects against cold.
Fixed an unlocalized ability appearing on shrike weapons.
Added a brief cooldown to Hardliner's Freeze Launcher.
Fixed the Shrike Pistols being autopistols.
Spectral Zombie PFX will now be more blue.
Fixed config error that caused many frost units to not have proper skullmining rewards.
Exploding units now have a dummy passive that says they explode.

Bloodcurse and PsiRipple (from Muton Harrier's Black Flame Grenades) effects will now suppress Frost Shield DR.
Changed Shrike Shield upgrade purchases to align with armour instead of swords.

Added sell values for shrike weapons.
Added the ability to upgrade most shrike weapons by spending cryolite.
The shrike sniper boltcaster's description no longer claims it can stun. which it can't.
Added missing localization for the Shrike Frost Shields.
Attempting an experiment with the POI: won't show up in the first month, but restocks it's 1 weight every 3 months (up to 7 occurences)
Fixed Frost Mambas having no name, and using the wrong weapon.
ChaosAnomaly damage now ignores Frost Shield DR. and the Vocabular Cognitohazard suppresses it like burning does.
Sealed Armour Dark Event: on Frost units, grants Electric and Venom immunity instead of Fire and Frost.
