New playlist system, louder radios and bug fixes:

- Made the radio much louder now. It is no longer that quiet in 3D mode anymore.
- The maximum of global volume setting was increased from 1 to 10.
- The playlist system supports asynchronous data obtaining and virtual folders and files now.
- Fixed some bugs with the playlist editor
- Other minor bug fixes
- Removed that useless game integrity check. It was a bit over the top.
- Updated version check, as the latest game version is needed for this update.

- Added playlist support for the addon F.G.T. Radio.
- Removed playlist support for the addon PatchPlay.
- Moved all addon playlists to the ":addons" folder.

- Removed a broken playlist.

- Fixed the addon triggered by the CAC anti cheat (untested, as I don't own a copy), by changing the community playlist files from *.lua to *.vmt.

- Fixed Spelling of the "Stopped" Wiremod output
- Added 5 official playlist
- Converted Fragradio playlist to *.pls.

- Fixed gm_bass3 not being treated as optional, causing the addon to not load when the binary module is not installed.

- Fixed saving and duplication errors.
- Fixed a Lua error caused by an unknown addon conflict: [ERROR] lua/streamradio_core/client/cl_vgui.lua:137: attempt to call method 'SetPlaceholderText' (a nil value)
- Recoded the loader to tell the clients about serverside addon errors on spawn.

Fixed version check for servers apparently their version numbers are like shitty maintained now...

Fixed an addon conflict with DLIB causing this error:
- lua/streamradio_core/client/cl_lib.lua:124: attempt to call field 'GetControlKey' (a nil value)

Fixed clientside files not loading for some clients.
Removed the community playlist for Mushroom Kingdom as it is down.

Fixed Lua errors:
- lua/weapons/gmod_tool/stools/streamradio_gui_color_individual.lua:72: attempt to index field 'Tool' (a nil value)
- lua/streamradio_core/client/cl_vgui.lua:137: attempt to call method 'SetPlaceholderText' (a nil value)

These errors happend on outdated GMod versions or on joining servers with an older addon version.
The tools will not load instead of throwing errors.
