Fixed Addon not loading on dedicated servers (again)

Fixed Radio being unusable in the next GMod update and fixed Youtube support again:
- Disabled broken Youtube interfaces.
- Fixed break.tv Youtube interface.

Fixed radiorecord.ru playlist.

Fixed duplicating being broken and added fallout playlist.

Updated Playlists and fixed some potential duplication issues.

Fixed radios not updating their sound positions properly.

Fixed mute for distant radios messing up master/slave radios.

Added mute on unfocus option, readded quieter behind walls feature:

The radio is quieter when a wall or an object is between the player/camera and the radio. The influence is depending on the wall/object size. Grates and fences do not block the sound as long as you can shoot through them with HL2 weapons.

Improved YouTube support and radio sound file browser:

- Improved YouTube support by reducing HTTP request load
- Added built-in sound file browser to the radio (only shows sound files that are on the server)
- Reduced HTTP request load in general
- Fixed the playlist being shown twice sometimes

Fixed duping being broken.
