A few graphical improvements, particularly with the transparent textures. Still can't really get to the bottom of why frames get choppy but not laggy when outside, maybe I'll figure it out someday.

Decently sized day 1 patch.
-added admin room. In here you can remove rain, rain effects/partcles, and thunder+lightning effects and lighting
-fixed multiple smaller bugs
-improved clipping missing in out of bounds areas
