-Updated files to work with newest Fant Mod version (6.7)

-Added Helium Bubble Plastic (it's very buoyant)

-Added Throwable Explosive
-Added Throwable Pesticide

-The FileMod part should now be compatible with the Fant Mod version 6.57!
-Put a notification about the update in the "Update Info" block's description.

I have to temporarily remove the installer and uninstaller files because they were not working properly.
I will add them back in once I have fixed and fully tested them.
I also changed the description to show a different way of installing the FileMod part.

-Added an option to the uninstaller file to fix "The Modpack" FileMod's files when uninstalling this mod.
Only use this when you have "The Modpack 0.5 FileMod" installed as well!
-Changed some text in the FileMod uninstaller.
