tiny update
slightly adjusted the background color inside the option menu to make it more apealing
attempts to do some anti alias on the advanced speedometer, well it did make it a tad better...

稍微调整了下模组设置里的背景色，使其更美观些
试图着给高级版速度表的刻度弄点抗锯齿，锯齿现象稍微好了点了

- Added Animation like the Vanilla speedometer when entering vehicle
- Fixed problem with speedometer display will flickering between -0 and 0 for no reason
- Fixed problem with Menu key fails to initialize
- Improved the rebind button to have the letter show in cap
- Redid how the scale is edited/saved, it shouldn't effect your saved effects

- 添加了进入载具时与原版码表相似的动画效果
- 修复了数字显示会在-0和0之间闪烁的问题
- 修复了游戏内菜单按键初始化失败的问题
- 优化了改键按钮显示，按键现在将以大写展示
- 重做了大小的设置储存方式，这不应该影响你的尺寸大小效果
