This will be the last version of Dei Gratia on 1.30, as I am starting work on updating to 1.32 at this point.

- About 50 new provinces, in areas that have been largely untouched or had minor inaccuracies such as Sri Lanka, Wales, Ireland, Flanders, and Romania.
- Added Kaieki diplomatic action for integrating daimyos as Shogun.
- Reworked Japan formation decision completely. It now requires that you finish another decision called Proclaim the End of Sengoku, which is only available to the Shogunate.
- Made tweaks Corruption and Imperial Authority.
- Updated Ottoman, Persian, and Ardabil Missions.
- Changed all development events in EU4 to give Encouraged Growth modifiers when appropriate.
- Added plagues, famines, and earthquakes to the game. Natural development growth increased to compensate.
- New event pictures for disasters.
- The Emperor of China can no longer move their capital outside of China, to prevent abuse of trade companies.
- Retouched the France map by adding some vassals and fixing minor inaccuracies.
- Kathmandu now controls most of Nepal at game start.
- New colonial missions for Portugal.
- Time of Troubles disaster reworked.
- Government rank now provides a small boost to force limit.
- Multiple bug fixes.

Update: Nov 9, 2021 @ 9:43am

- Updated some tooltips to better reflect the fact that Improve Base Tax, Base Production, and Base Manpower have been replaced by Encourage Growth.

Update: Nov 9, 2021 @ 7:14am

- Fixed a bug that led inflation events to be very spammy.
- Added a decision toggle for whether or not you want to see inflation events.

Update: Nov 8, 2021 @ 11:19pm

- Updates to the entire map. Dozens of new tags. Hundreds of new provinces. Map changes apply to practically every corner of the globe.
- Some tags and ideas taken from vanilla 1.31 and added to 1.30.
- Dozens of new idea sets.
- Several new nation formation decisions.
- Hundreds of new historical events.
- Reworked French Wars of Religion.
- Reworked HRE mechanics. HRE expansion is severely handicapped, and special CBs must be used to expand.
- Elimination of most unique subject types, which have been replaced with vassals again for clarity. However, vassals can no longer be annexed in general without the use of special diplomatic actions depending on their government type.
- Dynamic development system. Development increases over time depending on terrain type and other factors, but goes down with devastation. Development can no longer be instantly generated from development clicks, but using development clicks makes development grow faster for 50 years.
- New World plague events will ravage the Americas and destroy native civilizations without reprieve.
- Natural disasters will affect global population, including several supervolcanic eruptions including Huaynaputina and Krakatoa.
- The Yangtze and Yellow Rivers will receive periodic flooding events.
- Trade node and trade company borders redrawn to match each other.
- Colonial Cape region added.
- Corruptions' effects have been changed severely, and is now a balancing factor for large empires. Empires gain corruption depending on their amount of development, and can build up to 10 State Houses to reduce it. Corruption will reach an equilibrium depending on the amount of development in the country.
- Inflation and war taxes now produce unrest.
- Artillery regiments now use 250 men only. 1,000 men worth of artillery is still required to count as a single regiment for purposes of achieving a siege bonus, but the max siege bonus is now set to 2 and forts only provide 1 level of fortification each, up to 5 levels on a capital fort.
- Removed some navigable rivers while adding more in other locations.
- It is now possible to gain inflation from having trade power in trade nodes where Gold and Silver are present.
- Added some new trade goods from Trade Goods Expanded.
- Bosnian Christianity and Yazidi added.
- Rework of Mayan, Nahuatl, and Inti religions. These religions now have deities in addition to their typical reform mechanics.
