Added 2 Greek Peltasts - LVL3, LVL4 Light military barracks
Added 1 Royal Peltasts - LVL4 Light military barracks
Added 1 Picked Hoplites - Every settlement basic garrison
Added 1 Picked Hoplites - LVL4 Light military barracks

All these got new garrisons, including some elite horse units.
