Experimental update

Frontal hatch added. Now you can change battery there. (additional battery is on the back of the cabin on engine compartment)
Grab it, replace used one and reconnect it.

Buoyancy slightly decreased.

+ Max speed now is somewhat historical and can't exceed 80 kmph
